Echosnap AI Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding contract between you and Echosnap AI ("we", "us", "our"), which owns and operates useechosnap.com and the Echosnap AI app. These Terms govern your use of all our products and services (collectively, "Echosnap").

By using Echosnap in any way, you agree to all of these Terms. These Terms include everything in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

• • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Echosnap.
• • By using Echosnap, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, or that you have your parent's or guardian's consent to use the app.

Your Content

• • You own what you create. Any voice notes, transcriptions, or other content you record, upload, or create in Echosnap remain yours.
• • By using Echosnap, you grant us a limited license to process your recordings and notes only to provide app features like transcription, AI summaries, and search.
• • We reserve the right to remove any content if it violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for all your activity in connection with Echosnap.

You agree not to:

• • Use Echosnap for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• • Interfere with or disrupt our systems or other users.
• • Share or misuse another person's account credentials.
• • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or decompile our software or AI systems.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you're misusing the service.

Subscriptions and Payments

• • Some features require a paid subscription, available via Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• • Refunds and billing issues are handled directly by Apple App Store.
• • You can manage or cancel your plan anytime in your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

• • Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
• • We do not share or sell your recordings or personal data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, under no circumstances shall Echosnap or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any amount greater than the fees you paid for Echosnap in the 12 months before the claim.

We don't guarantee perfect accuracy of AI transcriptions or summaries, and we're not responsible for loss of data due to device or network failures.

Ending Your Account

• • You may stop using Echosnap at any time.
• • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if required by law.
• • We'll try to provide notice where practical and allow you to export your data before deletion.

Changes to These Terms

• • We may update these Terms from time to time.
• • If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via email or in-app notification.
• • Continuing to use Echosnap after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
